“We have met the perfect match in Montefiore Health System,” St. Luke's interim president and CEO Joan Cusack-McGuirk, said in a prepared statement. “Our neighbors will continue to receive the same great care from the same dedicated doctors, nurses and staff, only with greater access to specialty care and the experienced wisdom of Montefiore,” he said.
St. Luke's is the most recent small hospital that has partnered with a larger healthcare company, Times Herald-Record reported.
