Brooks McMahon, Healthcare Client Manager, TINYpulse: According to our research, healthcare executives need to start communicating better with staff. TINYpulse surveyed over 1,000 healthcare workers, and they rated communication with executive leaders at 6 out of 10, which is not good. Plus, those employees who gave low ratings on communication were overall less happy, felt less valued, and reported being more burned out. Implementing a transparent system of feedback between staff and executives can help in improving these problems.
