Sogolytics Joins PointClickCare Marketplace with Automated Resident Experience Surveys

Sogolytics today announced its listing on the PointClickCare Marketplace, adding automated resident and patient experience surveys to the senior care industry's most widely used technology ecosystem. Through the integration, skilled nursing, assisted living, independent living, and memory care providers can trigger feedback requests in real time from admission, discharge, and transfer events already captured inside PointClickCare.

A transfer between levels of care can trigger a satisfaction pulse for the residents. Every event flows through Sogolytics as a custom activity, so operators can build multi-step workflows tied to real care milestones rather than fixed calendar schedules. 

Resident and Contact Data Sync Without Manual Uploads 

Resident and family demographic data syncs from PointClickCare into Sogolytics directories automatically. PointClickCare contact types map to Sogolytics contact fields through configurable dropdown selections, so operators keep the segmentation they already use inside PointClickCare (family, guardian, responsible party, care partner) without rebuilding it in a separate tool. 

Available Across Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care
