These appointments follow the company’s recent brand refresh and mark a pivotal step in its evolution toward becoming a tech-enabled, client-focused organization.

Spitz, who joined in mid-July, brings more than 25 years of experience in healthcare and IT, including leadership roles at Advantmed and Inovalon. He now oversees Shearwater’s Sales and Marketing functions, driving market expansion and strategic growth.
