Intrepid Investment Bankers, a leading middle-market investment bank and the advisory arm of MUFG, a global financial group, announced the expansion of its Healthcare & Life Sciences advisory practice with the hiring and appointment of Duncan Dashiff as Co-Head of the group, alongside Adam Abramowitz. Duncan will lead Intrepid's new presence in Nashville, a strategic foothold in one of the nation's healthcare hubs.

Dashiff brings over three decades of experience in healthcare investment banking and private equity. Most recently, he served as the Senior Managing Partner at Row Associates, a boutique healthcare investment banking firm based in Nashville that he founded, where he advised numerous clients across the sector. His prior roles include senior leadership positions within the healthcare investment banking practices of Canaccord Genuity, SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, and Raymond James, among others, where he successfully guided healthcare clients through M&A, capital formation, and other strategic initiatives.

In his new role, Dashiff will leverage decades of healthcare industry expertise alongside deep c-suite and private equity relationships to deliver world-class M&A advisory and capital solutions to middle market companies across the healthcare services and HCIT sectors.
