As a CHAI member, Steer Health will collaborate with leading health systems, solution providers, academics, policymakers, and AI experts to shape governance frameworks that define how AI-powered automation enhances patient care while maintaining the highest standards of safety, equity, and compliance.

As part of CHAI’s initiative, Steer Health will contribute to the development of CHAI’s Applied Model Card, or “nutrition label” for health AI—a framework that will create a more streamlined way to present foundational information about AI solutions. The model cards play a crucial role in AI governance, and Steer Health looks forward to being involved in their advancement. 

Additionally, Steer Health will actively participate in CHAI’s workgroups dedicated to privacy, security, transparency, fairness, and AI efficacy. By contributing real-world insights from AI-driven automation and patient engagement models, Steer Health will help develop best practices and benchmarks for responsible AI deployment in healthcare.
