Infinitus customers can now understand in seconds whether a patient is enrolled in Medicare Part B, whether a site of care or provider is in network, as well as product coverage and cost share information. Until now, pharma hubs, pharmaceutical manufacturers, and healthcare providers primarily accessed this data by manual research across multiple sources. The Infinitus Medicare Part B solution is a full end-to-end offering, allowing users to understand all information they could need, including, if necessary, Medicare Beneficiary Identifiers (MBIs). Infinitus customers can access the solution via the Infinitus Customer Portal, and upload tasks via CSV or in bulk through our API. Data is then returned instantly to the customer or, if there is an associated drug prescription requiring Medicare Part D coverage, the task can be dynamically passed on to the Infinitus AI agent. The Infinitus AI agent then automates a phone call to the identified pharmacy benefit manager (PBM). The solution also identifies and flags occasions where a patient has a Medicare Advantage plan.
In addition to partnerships with third-party data sources and direct access to Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) data, this solution is made possible by Infinitus’s proprietary knowledge graph. The Infinitus knowledge graph contains up-to-date intelligence on commercial and government payor rules and guidelines that have been gathered from the millions of phone calls completed to date by the Infinitus AI agent, plus access to EDI, payor APIs, and policy documents.
