Good Days, a leading national patient assistance and advocacy organization, proudly announces the commemoration of its 20th anniversary since its founding in 2003.
Since its inception, Good Days has been dedicated to ensuring that individuals facing daunting healthcare challenges do not have to forgo access to the care they need due to financial constraints. To date, Good Days has provided more than two million grants and distributed over $3 billion in assistance, making a significant impact on countless lives across the nation.
“Two decades ago, Good Days embarked on a mission to make a profound difference in the lives of individuals across the United States who were grappling with the burden of healthcare expenses,” said Clorinda Walley, president of Good Days. “Our vision was clear: to become a lifeline for those in need. Over the years, Good Days has turned that vision into a reality by distributing more than two million grants to individuals across the country in need of access to care.”
“At the heart of our work is a fundamental belief that every person deserves access to life-saving treatments, medications, and essential healthcare services,” said Randie Odelbralski, chief operating officer of Good Days. “This milestone could not have been achieved without the support of our donors, our partners and the individuals and families we have touched over the past two decades. We are immensely grateful for your contributions that have made our mission possible.”
During the past two decades, Good Days has continuously expanded its reach and impact by introducing innovative assistance programs, partnering with trusted private and nonprofit organizations, and leveraging technology to better serve those who rely on the nonprofit’s support. In recent years, Good Days has launched translation services for more than 300 languages, live Care Navigator text and chat, quick pay electronic reimbursements, and travel programs with Uber Health and Lyft.
Good Days is regularly recognized as a leading non-profit charitable foundation by third-party organizations including Charity Navigator, Candid and Great NonProfits, based on its operational effectiveness, client-centric approach, and annual societal impact.
"As we celebrate the remarkable 20-year journey of Good Days, I am incredibly proud of our dedicated team. Their unwavering commitment to our mission is truly exceptional,” said Hon. Glen M. Ashworth, chairman of the board of directors for Good Days. “Good Days has touched the lives of millions, distributing over $3 billion in assistance and providing lifesaving healthcare access.
