In a letter to HHS Secretary Kathleen Sebelius, the Medical Group Management Association says that the agency should initiate end-to-end ICD-10 testing with physician practices. The letter says that failure to appropriately test ICD-10 code sets could result in operational problems similar to technical issues related to the rollout of HealthCare.gov.
