New titles: Members of Centene's office of the CEO
Centene CEO Sarah London announced Tuesday two additional executives will join the Office of the CEO.
Effective immediately, Ken Fasola, CEO of Magellan Health, a subsidiary of Centene, and Jim Murray, chief transformation officer, have been added to the now five-person office. Murray was Magellan's chief operating officer prior to Centene's $2.2 billion acquisition of Magellan in January.
In addition to leading Magellan, Fasola will assume oversight of Centene's portfolio of non-health plan assets, London said. The executives will assist London in setting policy and working on the company's enterprise agenda, London said.

"This construct ... formalizes the manner in which we've been operating for the last several months and represents the agenda setting nucleus of the organization as we enter the next stage of transformation and growth," London said Tuesday on a call with investors.
