Leading Enabler of Clinical Insight to Co-Host Webinar on Challenges in Managing Clinical Data and Prerequisites for Good Payer-Data Source Partnerships
Farmington, CT, July 9, 2019 – Diameter Health, a market leader in clinical data integration, announced today that its President and Chief Strategy Officer, John D’Amore, will co-present alongside Adam Rossbach, Chief Technical Strategist from the Ohio Health Information Partnership (OHIP)/CliniSync HIE, in a webinar titled, “Strategies for Successful Data Integration.” The webinar will be held on Tuesday, July 23, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. ET.
With hundreds of electronic health record and practice management systems in use today, and a great deal of variation in how clinicians document patient care, there is an epidemic of clinical data disorder. This makes it difficult to get value from clinical data for HEDIS reporting and other business critical uses. In this webinar, D’Amore and Rossbach will share proven strategies that health plans can use to overcome these challenges. They will also discuss challenges in managing clinical data, prerequisites for good Payer-Data Source partnerships, and the advantages of NCQA-certified technology and standard supplemental data.
WHO: John D’Amore, MS, President and Chief Strategy Officer for Diameter Health, was previously Vice President at Eclipsys (now Allscripts). Prior to Eclipsys, he was responsible for clinical informatics, decision support and business intelligence at Memorial Hermann Health System. John is a technical advisor to the National Committee for Quality Assurance and a primary editor of HL7’s standard for care summaries, the Consolidated Clinical Document Architecture.
Adam Rossbach, Chief Technical Strategist for the OHIP/CliniSync HIE. Rossbach was previously the Director of HIE at CliniSync, where he worked with a team to implement 151 hospitals statewide so they could exchange patient health information with physicians and providers. As the Ohio Department of Insurance Chief of Staff’s Special Project Manager, Rossbach was involved in several data exchange initiatives including the formation of the Ohio Health Information Project in 2009. Prior to that he served as the staff liaison to the legislative advisory committee on House Bill 125 to the 128th General Assembly.
