- Healthcare executive Brian Wells has been named as the president of the new venture. Wells formerly served as CEO of Memorial Hermann Health Solutions and has held roles with CIGNA Healthcare and Coventry Healthcare of Florida.

The Tufts Health Freedom Plan will provide a variety of plans for employers and will collaborate with other providers in the state to deliver affordable and quality health insurance, the company says.
