While middle-class earners who can't afford the premiums on the exchanges are still out in the cold, it's good to see that almost 10 million adults and children are likely to get coverage. What's more, that number may well expand further as people take in the new promotions and media coverage of the ACA. It's hard to argue that this aspect of the ACA -- finding and ensuring eligible Medicaid beneficiaries -- is proving to be a success.
