- Dan McCoy, COO of hospice and home health provider Amedisys, has announced major leadership changes to the company.
- Among the changes are a new CFO, COO, CIO, chief human resources officer, chief strategy officer and senior VP of government affairs, as well as a new board member. At the same time, the company's general counsel and CMO are both departing.
- The changes were announced a little more than a year after the CEO was let go following a tough fiscal year in 2013.

David Bucey, Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary and Dr. Michael Fleming, Chief Medical Officer, are both leaving the company.
